Trim Tuesday: One month count down!

 I got an email today informing me that there is just 1 month left of the Slip into Summer Challange with DW Fitness and Weird Fish.  That means 2 months have gone already, honestly, I am in complete shock, it’s gone by so fast!
Now at times like that the key is to shake up your routine, make sure you don’t get bored and slip back into bad habits.  At the gym this week I plan on punching myself out of my comfort zone and checking out some classes, really work up a sweat.  Today I actually cooked for my boyfriend, I made a healthy spicy tomato and prawn pasta dish, and I actually didn’t completely hate doing it.  Maybe I am changing my ways…maybe not…
