Oh god, I actually dread to think. I aim to post 3 times a week on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays (technology and outside world permitting) and I do like to do the occasional quick weekend post. Editing and taking photos tends to be what takes me longest, so a post that’s very picture heavy but doesn’t have much text will be the ones that take me the longest to complete. I tend to work on my blog in some way or another at least a couple of hours every night and take photos on the weekend if possible. I have got a lost faster though. I’d guess somewhere around the 10-15 hour mark? Honestly it totally depends on what kind of posts I’m working on and how productive I’m feeling.
I used to be self-employed so I am actually pretty good with money. I used to work pretty much solidly Between October and May but have no work between June-September so I knew I had to keep some money aside. Now I have a regular 9-5 job with no real commitments I have been able to save regularly, I put half my wage straight into my savings on pay day, but I will take some back out if I need to. I’ve definitely been dipping in more and more recently and I need to get out of that habit. I still treat myself quite a bit but I love a bargain!
A couple of hours after work when I’m comfortable, fed and ‘in the zone’. Honestly it all depends on my mood, I usually get distracted a lot. I’m the procrastination queen.
Pjs on, Netflix in the background, sat on my bed. Perfection!
This is a cheat because it’s not relevant to the world, just me, but it’s something worth remembering. I wrote more about this here.
Before I cut my hair short it took forever to brush, now I can do it in about 10-15 mins and that’s all I do before I leave for work. I am not a morning person as you can probably tell…
Oh this is actually pretty hard, I’ve never really thought about it before. I am happy how my blog has improved generally recently (I hope you agree). My recent Ru Paul Make Up post was something totally new for me and it was really well received (in fact it’s one of my most popular posts) so that made me really happy. I quite like my high street vintage fashion post too. I’m not totally happy with any yet, I’m still learning.
I am going away with some friends to Disneyland this year, I can’t wait! I also just passed my driving test so at some point I’ll be getting my first car
Probably London Edge the other week. I was so happy to even be invited my Voodoo Vixen and the day was amazing. It’s really nice when people actually see the value of bloggers and it boosted my confidence and just being around people there. It also completely rekindled my love for all things 40s/50s and pin up!
Pj Bottoms! Almost ever post I have written has been done by me in my pjs.
