Lush Oxford Steet Haul

December 13, 2015

Quite a few months ago now, possibly September, I took a trip down to Oxford Street while I was in London to check out the exclusives in the new Lush store. The store is huge and busy so it can be a little overwhelming, but of course the famous Lush staff are on hand to help out. When I first bought some of these most of them were Oxford Street exclusives but since then a lot have been brought out across the country. This is the problem with having a list of blog posts I want to write as long as my arm!  So here’s what I got:

Brazened Honey Fresh Face Mask
Wake up your skin with this fresh face mask containing fresh fennel, ginger root, parsley and coriander to detox and stimulate. We use a sage, rosemary and juniperberry infusion with cardamom and clove bud oils for their antiseptic qualities, fresh lime juice to cleanse the skin and free range eggs, honey and almond oil to soothe and moisturise. Smooth a generous layer of this mask onto your face and leave for 10 to 15 minutes.

Green Bubbleroon Bubble Bar
This moisturising, citrus-scented bubble bar will put you in mind of a fresh summer meadow. With bergamot to brighten your mood, fresh avocado to reinvigorate and shea butter to make your skin feel like velvet. These bathtime macaroon-shaped treats aren’t quite as bubbly as our other bars, but do contain extra-softening ingredients that create silky-soft water, leaving your skin hydrated.
Milky Bath Bubble Bar
Don’t cry over spilled milk – bathe in it! This comforting little milk bottle bubble bar is filled with uplifting orange oil and skimmed milk to treat your skin to a dose of happiness. A cocoa butter bottle top adds a little bit of extra softness. Simply crumble under running water, for a super bubbly treat of a bath.
The Experimenter Bath Bomb
If you’re looking for adventure… you’ll find it in The Experimenter, starring vibrant colour, popping candy and Fair Trade vanilla absolute from near the Rwenzori mountains in Uganda.
An enigmatic and comforting romance of… deep, complex vetivert notes that enthrall your senses before creamy vanilla and tonka provide a sweet antidote.
It’s everything you’ve always wanted to do … and with a plethora of five bright colours, it’s the only one you’ll ever want to do it with again.
Dragon’s Egg Bath Bomb
Dragon’s Egg makes bathtime exciting as it fizzes and crackles and changes the colour of your water to a gorgeous citrusy gold. Its scent is reminiscent of lemon sherbet, with a hint of jasmine, leaving you feeling great and ready for a good day. Its citrus scents leave you feeling transformed and invigorated.
And lastly Delight Bath Melt, MMMelting Marshmallow Bath Oil and Shark Infested Custard Bath Oil, all of which are still Oxford Street exclusives so I can’t find any description of them online. Basically they are like solid bath oils, but they melt very quickly so can be very messy to transport!
I’m not going to do a review of each of these as I still haven’t got around to using them all just yet (my parents bath takes over 30 mins to fill!). If you want me to do a review on any of these in particular just drop me a comment down bellow and let me know.
Is there anything you’ve been after from this store? I’d love to know for next time I’m there.
