The Queenz race through a variety of pop hits and gay anthems from across the decades which makes the whole event feel like a party.  The costuming throughout is as bright and colourful as you can imagine and specific praise deserves to be given to the lighting design which helps boost the fun, energetic and glamorous nature of the show.  However it’s not all just showbiz camp, there are moments that touch on queer history and the importance of being your authentic self that are surprisingly touching.
