Can you believe I’ve been blogging over on this site for 7 years? I sure can’t! I didn’t think I’d have the focus or drive to keep at anything this is long and it honestly blows my mind. In short, I’m pretty proud of myself.
My blog has changed a lot over the years but the version it’s become in the last couple of years with the colourful, travel focus is by far my favourite. Discovering travel writing has totally changed my attitude towards writing, it never feels like a chore and I have so much inspiration. My ‘to write’ list is still about 100 ideas long! I’ve taken a step back from working with brands as much as I once did so now when I work with a brand you know it’s a location or experience I really love and that totally fits my site. I’m proud of my blog and but I still have so much to improve and learn, but I’ve come a long way since my first post.
So to say thank you to any readers who’ve stuck with me through the years; through all the times I’ve wanted to quit, to the times I never spell checked, and the even the times where I’ve actually been on my A-game, I thought it was time for a good old fashioned giveaway.

These are all things I picked out myself, I wanted to keep with the travel theme and given the current state of the world I thought aspirational travel was the way to go. This colourful Where to Go When book is packed with tons of inspiration for the best places to visit and at what times of the year. It’s great for adding to your travel wish list and the photography is stunning. As we will all likely be doing more local travel lately I also chose this Eyewitness Travel Guide Great Britain to give you some idea of where you can visit close to home, the UK has so much to offer! Finally, I chose this very cute travel journal so you can document your travels and travel plans.
